Google on the Caffeine roll out. This is new architecture that may (emphasized)affect rankings in some cases.
Also starting in 2010, Google will emphasize page load speed as a factor in their ranking algorithm. You can find help at code.google.com/speed of a a Firefox extension call PageSpeed or www.webpagetest.org
